Marketing Assistant (contract, remote)

Andrew Exler Marketing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in gaining experience in digital marketing, social media management, and administrative assistance. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with Andrew to support various marketing initiatives, client relations, and administrative tasks.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support for Andrew Exler Marketing.

  • Assist in managing client accounts by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Aid in the development and execution of social media strategies for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.

  • Collaborate with Andrew to analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to enhance client campaigns.

  • Assist in creating visual content for social media and digital platforms, utilizing graphic design and video-editing skills when necessary.

  • Support influencer marketing initiatives by researching potential partners, coordinating contracts, and tracking deliverables.

  • Help manage photo assets, including editing, curating, and organizing images for social media use.

  • Contribute to various social and digital projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task assignments.

  • Actively participate in client meetings, occasionally leading discussions and presenting updates on marketing strategies and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (Current students with relevant experience and flexible schedule are encouraged to apply).

  • Exceptional familiarity with Judaism and Jewish culture is required, as the client base may include organizations or individuals within the Jewish community.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and email skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, X, YouTube, and Pinterest.

  • Proficiency in marketing & social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.

  • Ability to create content for TikTok and Instagram a plus.

  • Familiarity with Squarespace or WordPress is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging social media trends and technologies.

  • Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
